What shall i buy myself for my 60th??

I love my Zass but if i want to host a friend for espresso (Gaggia Espresso for the time being) an electric grinder would be called for..Suggestions?? ($200-$400)

Hi Song,

I never thought i would blog..and maybe i won't..but i have to try to decide...

Here i can blog knowing that only my friends will be bothered (i designated this "Friends Only" and you are my "only Friend")

It is a way to keep track of things..without putting on airs that i have what to offer to humanity. I love coffee and its preparation..but i am no expert.

Iroast Mod- additional airflow and catch the chaff

I figured the time has come to try this media....and since someone from SweetMaria's Homeroaster List was interested in seeing pics of my Most UnSophisticated IRoast Mod..I decided to post them here and invite the bloke over for a look.

My Iroast was roasting at six minutes no matter what i did to try to program lower temps. I new that airflow was a key factor here..and the chaff collector was a key element.
